Core Responsibilities- Support factory builds
- Perform failure analysis to find root cause(s) of issues occurred during builds
- Design appropriate tests to validate hypothesis
- Perform tolerance analysis to predict performance
- Define test requirements and equipment needed
- Analyze the data collected from builds and designed experiments
- Build prototypes to validate function and manufacturability
Travel within Mainland China may be required (
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of factory experience preferred
- Strong failure analysis skills, capable of finding root cause(s) of issues during builds
- Strong analytic skills
- Excellent communication skill and teamwork
- High volume production experience preferred
- Familiar with reliability tests
- Experience in measurement equipments (CMM, OMM, microscopes, etc)
- Self-motivated
