Education/qualifications
We accept candidates with:
- Master or bachelor degree in major of STEM, IT related, computer science, software engineer, finance, economy
- Full-time student: who will be graduated in 2027(Is a Must)
- Customer service mindset
- With Communication & presentation skills and good team work
- Adaptability & flexibility to manage change
- Business knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English is a plus
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Supports consulting on business process level to translate customer's vision into solutions
- Supports in mapping business processes and solution requirements
- Supports the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
- Supports solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state of the art methodologies and standards
- Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific Lob's or industries
- Supports other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de-escalation of projects
- Supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
- Introduces SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates
- Delivers solution training to customer team members
- Creates project documentation and documentation of delivered services
- Understands the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specification
- Supports in solution testing and issue resolution
