该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1) Responsible for communicating with Client R&D Team, finalizing the material balance and energy consumption based on preliminary pathways, experimental datas and design basis; 负责收集客户技术需求,并根据初步技术路线、实验数据及设计基准完成物料平衡和能耗评价; 2) Responsible for heat transfer analysis of the Reactor, Heat Exchanger, etc. fulfilling the requirement of process; 负责反应器、换热器的传热设计,及校核传热计算数据符合工艺设计的要求; 3) Responsible for System hydraulic calculation based on equipment layout and piping layout;
负责基于设备布置和配管方案的系统水力校核; 4) Responsible for preparing process datasheet for static equipment / rotary machine / instrument equipment / in-line piping equipment; 负责编制动 / 静设备 / 仪表 / 在线管道元件的工艺数据表; 5) Responsible for drawing and modifying P&ID , releasing P&ID for construction per the feedback from the concerned parties; 负责整合工艺包提供方,设备 / 仪表供应商,工程设计团队的意见,完善并绘制FC版的P&ID; 6) All other related technical / management jobs assigned by line top; 领导安排的其他技术/管理工作; 任职要求: Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineeing; 大学本科,工程师学位及以上学历,化学工程、应用化学、机械工程专业; 2) Good command in English is must, bilinguals would be a plus; 熟练掌握英文沟通与读写,多语种优先; 3) Good command of MS Office, Autocad, HTRI, ASPEN PLUS or HYSYS, Pipeflow, etc; 熟练掌握MS Office,Autocad,HTRI,Aspen Plus, Hysys, Pipeflow等设计软件; 4) Above 8 years design experience in Oil & Gas Facilities, Chemical Plant, Refineries, Power Plant construction; 8年以上石油天然气设施,化工厂,炼油厂,电厂工程设计经验; 5) Knowledge of relevant HG, API codes with respect to process design and construction; 理解设计相关的国际和地区标准,如ASME,API等; 6) Good communication skills and team work; 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神; 7) Willing to be relocated worldwide, similar overseas working experience would be a plus. 愿意在全球范围内出差、工作,有类似的海外工作经验优先。
