What you'll do:

- Develop and implement the organisation's long-term strategic plan to accelerate growth across all target markets including the Americas, EMEA, APAC regions.
 - Identify new market opportunities and lead market penetration strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and expand the company's global footprint.
 - Hold full P&L accountability for the worldwide business operations by driving top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability through commercial initiatives.
 - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing C-level executive team across multiple geographies while nurturing a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
 - Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, investors, shareholders, and external partners by communicating strategy, performance metrics, and future prospects effectively.

- At least 15 years of progressive executive leadership experience with five or more years as CEO or President overseeing large-scale businesses with revenues exceeding 200M.
 - Mandatory strong commercial background demonstrated by successful revenue growth initiatives and market share expansion on a global stage.
 - Extensive global management experience managing businesses across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia; experience in the Chinese market is highly desirable.
 - Proven track record within large matrixed organisations preferably in publicly listed environments where complex stakeholder relationships are managed effectively.
 - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree strongly preferred for strategic decision-making capabilities.
 - Exceptional communication skills enabling effective engagement with diverse cultures as well as board members investors employees alike.
