  • Team leadership and management. - lead and manage design team, including recruitment, training and talent development
  • Make sure effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Innovation and R&D
  • Drivee design innovation, explore the application of new technologies and materials
  • Collaborate with R&D team to participate in the development of new products or platforms
  • Design process and standards, quality control.
  • Develop and optimize design processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in design work
  • Ensure all design activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure design outputs meet the quality requirements of the company and customers
  • Order management and cost control
  • Develop detailed design plans based on sales orders
  • Monitor order progress to ensure design work is completed on time
  • Consider cost-effectiveness in the design process
  • Manage design cost to ensure projects are completed within the budget
  • Technical support and service
  • Provide technical support during the sales process to accurately understand and analyze customer's requirements
  • Provide the 3rd level supporting to the service team
  • Cross departmental/sites collaboration
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure design aligns with the company's target
  • Collaborate with CoC to contribute to the company's overall strategy 工作要求/Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or automation engineering;
  • At least 8 years of design work experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial position;
  • Familiar with GMP and related industry regulations, technical background in the field related to aseptic filling equipment and able to understand and apply relevant technical knowledge is a plus;
  • Teamwork: able to establish good cooperative relationships within the team and with other departments in the company.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration / communication skills required, conflict solving and moderating skills. commercial knowledge and target orientation.
  • Strong customer orientation project management competence,
