Our aim is to become the Redbull of hangover recovery, making hangover remedies accessible to drinkers worldwide. Then came Stryv, our high quality, salon-grade hair tools and product line with an affordable price tag. We believe there's no need to break your bank to get the hair you want. We're big advocates of direct-to-consumer brands, and believe in the new world (Post-COVID), consumers buy directly from global brands through digital native storefront, bypassing distributors, wholesalers and retailers. This means commerce and information are more efficient, and the implication to the end customer is that product quality goes up and cost of goods are reduced drastically. We want to be the catalyst for this paradigm shift within the health and beauty industry.

The
Head of Product & Design
is a leadership role that combines product strategy, creative direction, and brand experience. You will shape the product roadmap, lead design across digital and physical touchpoints, and translate our brand vision into impactful customer experiences.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product management, UX/UI, packaging, and creative brand execution. You'll build and inspire a team that spans product managers, designers, and creatives, ensuring our products are not only functional and user-friendly but also emotionally resonant and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and business priorities into actionable product strategies.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch to iteration.

Creative Strategy & Brand Experience

  • Develop and execute a holistic creative strategy across digital, physical, and product realms.
  • Translate brand values into a compelling design language across all mediums—ensuring consistency, quality, and emotional impact.
  • Own and evolve brand guidelines to reflect growth across new product lines and markets.

Product & Packaging Design

  • Oversee product design direction from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering and industrial design teams.
  • Lead the visual and structural design of packaging, aligning with brand and customer experience expectations.
  • Champion user-centered design principles across all touchpoints.

Digital & Online Experience

  • Guide creative development for websites, apps, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with digital product and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless and visually compelling experiences.
  • Ensure digital storytelling enhances brand narrative while supporting conversion and engagement goals.

Retail & Environmental Design

  • Lead the design vision for physical retail environments, pop-ups, and event activations.
  • Translate brand essence into spatial experiences including layouts, signage, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with operations and real estate teams to deliver functional and scalable retail concepts.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a cross-disciplinary team of product managers, designers, and creatives.
  • Foster a collaborative, feedback-rich culture that encourages innovation while delivering on timelines.
  • Implement processes and workflows to scale quality output across multiple teams and projects.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, design, or creative leadership, with 3+ years in a senior/leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, physical, and product design (including UX/UI, packaging, and retail/environmental design).
  • Proven success in leading cross-disciplinary teams and delivering end-to-end products and experiences.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Singapore for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Deep understanding of design systems, UX/UI best practices, and customer experience strategy.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software; familiarity with 3D/CAD is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong conceptual and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with product, marketing, retail, and engineering teams.
  • Background in consumer electronics, retail, DTC, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
  • Experience in both agency and in-house environments is a plus.
  • Preferably has experience leading or scaling a brand with annual revenues of USD 100 million or more.
