Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for the management of raw materials, finished products, and chemicals in and out of the warehouse, as well as palletizing operations, to ensure the daily operation of the warehouse.
- Drive daily operation of the warehouse system (Navision and/or SAP) to ensure the data is timely and accurate.
- According to the company's inventory plan, conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that the accounts match the actual ones.
- Collaborate with SOP team to implement AMETEK China procedures, optimizing work process, and improving work efficiency.
- Responsible for daily sorting and recording of the original documents for in and out of the warehouse.
- Follow up the international transportation activities for inbound material from Oversea suppliers to China sea/air harbor.
- Operate domestics inland transportation from both bonded and non-bonded warehouses to the customer's sites as well as the cost.
- Collaborate with SOP and BU for the outbound material shipped from China to Oversea customers.
- Enter the relevant data information about transportation into the ERP system (Navision and/or SAP).
- On time delivery as promised by 3rd party logistics service provider with appropriate cost.
- Instruct and monitor the direct deliveries service from local plant to customer's site.
- Make daily communication with other departments (BU, SOP and finance) to track the delivery status.
- Full fill in the KPI monthly report on time.
- Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Education background/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Working experience: 3+ years relevant work experience, familiar bonded material operation is preferred.
- Skills:
- ERP (Navision or SAP) proficiency or experience in equipment spare parts management.
- Good PC skills for MS-Office software.
- Good written English.
