- New product manufacturing concept definition for RFQ: initial process flow, layout, cycle time, tools investment planning
RFQ 的新产品制造概念定义:初始流程、布局、周期时间、工具投资规划
- Participate in new product review, responsible for process feasibility of the products(DFM,DFA); 参与新产品评审,负责产品的工艺可行性(DFM,DFA);
- Responsible for new product process planning, prepare process chart, PFMEA, work instruction and error proofing definition; 负责新产品工艺规划,编制工艺图、PFMEA、作业指导书和防错定义;
- Machine requirements (simple) define, supplier selection, design review, building follow up and machine qualification with advanced process engineer. 机器需求(简单)定义、供应商选择、设计审查、构建跟进和机器资格认证,由高级工艺工程师负责。
- Tools/gauges preparation and validation with tool design engineer 与工具设计工程师一起准备和验证工具/量规
- Responsible for making process documents and training operators; 负责制作工艺文件,培训操作人员;
- Engineering change control 工程变更控制
- Responsible for problems analysis and continuous improvement; 负责问题分析并持续改进;
- Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time 承担公司可能不时分配的额外责任

- Bachelor Degree and major in Mechanical Engineering; 机械工程相关专业本科学历; 2.3+ years process experience in assembly and test process in manufacturing site, preferred in automotive field; 3年以上制造现场装配和测试工艺经验,汽车领域优先;
- Good communication skills.

- Familiar with IATF16949 requirements and PFMEA,PPAP,APQP,MSA,SPC tools; 熟悉IATF16949要求和PFMEA、PPAP、APQP、MSA、SPC工具;
- Experience of project management and knowledge of Microsoft project. 有项目管理经验和Microsoft项目知识。
- Proficient in Office, AutoCAD office software, proficient in at least one kind of 3D design software; 熟练使用Office、AutoCAD办公软件,至少熟练使用一种3D设计软件;
