该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责 Major Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of the Telematics Control Unit with other vehicle systems, follow OEM vehicle development process and meet milestone requirements.
  • Lead TCU system release inside Ford and module CAD & package design.
  • Lead TCU HW & SW release and management in Ford system.
  • Setup FMA related work flow, and maintain continuously update.
  • Conduct system-level testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and function/ feature specifications.
  • Lead and meeting Ford cyber security requirement on TCU, stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automotive communications and security protocols.
  • Lead the End of Line (EOL) testing processes for Telematics Control Unit, ensuring all products meet quality and performance criteria before release.
  • Develop and execute detailed design validation plans (DVPs) an PV for Telematics Control Unit to ensure robustness and reliability in all operating conditions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to define requirements and review technical proposals. lead supplier sourcing, plant build, and daily issue management,
  • Support warranty parts issue management and analyze. Develop and maintain documentation related to vehicle diagnosis strategies, EOL testing results, and validation plans.

能力及技能Competences and Capability & Skills

  • Modem/TBOX/TCU development experience preferred.
  • Linux system development experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in automotive system design and development, particularly with telematic modules or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle network architectures (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and communication protocols.
  • Strong understanding of cellular network protocol like 3GPP.
  • Strong understanding of GNSS technology
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and automotive development processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with cybersecurity/function safty principles and technologies in automotive applications.
  • Familiarity with AUTOSAR or other automotive software architectures. Hands-on experience with vehicle diagnostic tools, test bench setup, and software.
