Jobe Role:
overseeing the entire end-to-end sourcing process, ensuring the procurement of goods and services at optimal cost and quality. This includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, travel (both domestic China and abroad in ASIA) and managing supplier relationships to optimize the supply chain. The role also involves analyzing market trends and developing strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Identification and Evaluation:
    Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and select the best fit for Abyat's needs.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery, and quality standards.
  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement:
    Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Market Trend Analysis:
    Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to stay informed and make informed decisions
  • Strategy Development:
    Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with the Abyat's overall business objectives.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Travel
    : to trade fairs in China and Asia.
  • Supplier sourcing responsibilities will include both in China and Asia.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • B
    achelor's Degree:
    in either business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    Strong negotiation skills and experience.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with suppliers.
  • Languages:
    Chinese and English must be spoken and written.
