Ethical Marketing Communication Manager, Consumer

Job Description
Manage and contribute to the profitable growth of the consumer BU-Cetaphil brand. Develop and implement product strategy and marketing operational business plans in HCP channels. Responsible for the P&L of the product line being managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop HCP annual strategy to uplift brand awareness and brand recommendation among dermatologists
- Co-work with medical team on content development incl. clinical studies, China KOL White Paper and educational materials etc.
- Develop product positioning and annual communication plan incl.
- Leverage social & digital platforms to increase brand exposure and engage front-line dermas
- Congress & event planning to enhance HCP education and derma engagement activity
- Cooperate and support sales team in detailing, sampling, terminal POP display & communication etc
- Product development:
- New product development and portfolio expansion
- Price management cross channels
- Closing monitor and evaluate brand marketing performance
- Budget management
- Closely work with BU team members and supporting function
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
Skills & Qualifications
- University Degree desirable. Prefer Business School with relevant marketing degree.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Above 5 years working experience in product marketing / brand management focusing on HCP and medical channel.
- Good knowledge of FMCG field, especially in cosmetic industry.
- Has a successful track record with product launch and activity plan.
- Can work and manage projects independently.
- Has successfully experience in digital and social media.
- Understand about the medical affairs.
- Passion for therapeutic Skin Care
- Business acumen / commercial awareness; entrepreneur style
- Business planning and organizational skills
