Job Duty & Responsibility

  • Understand and strictly follow Company's Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedures to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
  • Carry out EI&C engineering procedures, techniques and sequences to achieve quality and productivity.
  • Conduct engineering analyses using scientific principles to produce and interpret blueprints, drawings and technical specifications.
  • Mainly work in regional or global delivery projects, also support sales and development activities.
  • Deal with engineering and/or development activities that have a medium impact on the current and future products and/or services.
  • Coordinate work between different disciplines or Technology Units.
  • Responsible for project execution in own area (resources, engineering, deadline, budget forecasting and monitoring etc.)
  • Understand quality requirements for projects, identify the risks, and implement the processes to achieve the objectives.
  • Support procurement and/or production teams to ensure activities are aligned and achieve delivery targets, as well as coordinate and oversee subcontracted engineering work.
  • Participate project meetings, factory acceptance tests, commissioning, start-up, trouble shooting, process tuning etc.
  • Provide coaching and training within own responsibility area.
  • Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the job description including but not limited to the other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirement & Qualification

  • Major in EI&C engineering or relevant field .
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience as Engineer, EI&C Engineering, or relevant positions in pulp or similar process industries.
  • Understanding of EI&C engineering knowledge.
  • Great multi-task managing, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong commitment to problem solving and team building.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work in a developing organization.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Customer oriented self-driven team player.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business Travel.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
