Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging drama curricula that cater to students of varying age groups and skill levels.
- Facilitate rehearsals, performances, and workshops to encourage students' creative expression.
- Assess student participation and progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Encourage collaboration and teamwork among students through group projects.
- Participate in school events and contribute to the vibrant school community.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment that nurtures students' confidence and self-expression.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Drama, Theatre Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, SACE, NESA) or relevant qualifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, particularly in drama or performing arts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A passion for the arts and the ability to inspire creativity in all students.
