Role Purpose

Accelerate regional digital growth by leading platform development, optimization, and cross-market rollouts for
premium beauty & lifestyle portfolios
. Bridge global strategy with local execution to drive operational excellence, innovation, and consumer-centric experiences across marketplaces, brand sites, eTailers, and social commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Digital Growth

  • Execute APAC digital roadmaps aligned with global strategy, adapting to regional dynamics.
  • Lead end-to-end agile project management for digital initiatives across markets.

Digital Experience & Rollouts

  • Manage regional rollout of
    brand digital experiences
    (marketplaces, , microsites), ensuring consistent consumer journeys.
  • Customize scalable digital frameworks with brand/market teams for future expansions.

Platform Partnerships & Commerce Innovation

  • Develop strategic alliances with
    APAC platforms
    (e.g.,
    Lazada, Shopee, Line, Kakao, Naver
    ) to drive co-marketing and maximize visibility.
  • Pilot/scalable commerce opportunities in emerging ecosystems (messaging apps, new channels).
  • Embed
    digital best practices, sustainability (ESG), and data-driven insights
    into operations.

Insights & Optimization

  • Track APAC digital KPIs; deliver actionable insights for growth and competitive advantage.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor shifts to adapt strategies proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or above in Marketing/Digital/Business or related field.
  • 6+ years in digital commerce/e-business
    , preferably within
    premium beauty/lifestyle sectors
    .
  • Proven track record in
    regional DTC rollouts, digital transformation, and cross-market project leadership
    (complex matrix environments).
  • Expertise in
    APAC digital landscape
    (platforms:
    Lazada, Shopee, Line, Kakao, Naver
    ).
  • Strong analytics proficiency and
    regional project management
    .
  • Exceptional stakeholder management in cross-cultural environments.
  • Fluent English required; proficiency in additional Asian languages preferred.
