About The Job
- Collect customer VOC (Voice of Customer), translate it into design language, conduct 3D modeling and potential process evaluations, and continuously optimize designs to meet requirements for quality, cost, and time.
- Act as the project leader to guide the PE team, Quality team, and Production team, forming a functional group to execute new product releases according to the company's 5-phase process.
- Responsible for summarizing customer requirements, designing and optimizing mechanical structures, and resolving design-related issues.
- Involved in new product development, product improvement, and providing technical support to assist customers with product selection and application solutions.
- About you:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mold Engineering, Mechanical similar.
- Minimum 3+years of experience in mechanical design, with proficiency in using 3D modeling software such as Inventor, SolidWorks, NG, etc., as well as Moldflow for design optimization.
- Experience in magnetic simulation and safety equipment industry is a plus
- Good oral and written communication skills in English is a plus
- Strong communication skills and project management capabilities
- Result-oriented and self-initiated professional.
