- Prepare and run print demonstrations in the PMC
- Able to explain functionality of the press and application to a customer
- Identify and resolve print application issues
- Conduct customer operator trainings in the PMC and on customer site
- Commissioning of a new press in the PMC and from to time on customer site
- Confident presentation of our presses during open houses and trade shows
- Interact professionally with colleagues and 3rd party partners to deliver best performance Main Specifications (skills and experiences required) : 1.3-5 years work experience as a printer
- Identify with previous Heidelberg Speedmaster press experience
- Like to present and interact with customers and visitors to the PMC and do this with confidence
- Be self-starter and happy to work in a team at the same time
- Enjoy working in an international and mult-cultural work environment
- Being able to communicate in English is preferred.
- Be always willing to take on additional challenges from time to time
- Good MS software skill
