- Responsible for managing commercial sales team to achieve spare parts sales target, with rich experience on Consumer Goods and E-commerce, at least 10K SKU.
- Responsible for data analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote spare parts sales.
- Responsible for following up with invoice and payment.
- Responsible for managing spare parts forecasting in quotation and regularly reviewing lost item to define parts strategy with pricing team. 工作要求/Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher with engineering background, with above 5 years' experience in after-sales service, including at least 3 years' sales team management experience, 5-10 people team management experience is preferred.
- Passion for success, above 100 Mio sales team achievement experience is preferred.
- Familiar with tools like Power BI, proficiency in SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, resilience to pressure, strong customer service awareness.
- English as the working language.
