To acquire the necessary knowledge needed to perform assigned tasks through in-house and on-the-job training structured by the department
Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.
Perform field service/commissioning assignments as required for Propulsion products.
Maintain current individual time sheets & expense records to support the timely invoicing of jobs to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction with job performance & through positive interactions with customers.
Conform with & abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures & instructions.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
