Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement procurement strategies and plans, purchasing required goods and services according to company needs.
- Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships, working with suppliers to improve quality, delivery, and service standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure coordination and smooth operation of the supply chain.
- Manage the signing, execution, and termination of procurement contracts, ensuring that contract terms are in the company's best interest and monitoring suppliers' fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- Full-time college degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of work experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields; familiar with hardware, electronics, and plastic structural component processes, with expertise in hardware parts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good cooperative relationships with suppliers.
- Familiar with procurement processes and supply chain management principles, and knowledgeable about procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in office software.
- Fluent in English reading and writing.
