工作概要 Summary

负责方向盘产品核心研发项目管理工作的整体推进和项目总体进度的跟踪。领导项目小组完成质量、成本、费用以及期限目标,并按阶段进行项目跟踪和项目管理拟定、优化、调整计划并确定资源上的需求。作为专业带头人,参与培训项目经理和其他部门。

Responsible for the overall promotion of new core engineering development project management and tracking the overall progress of the project. Lead project teams to achieve quality, cost, expense, and deadline objectives, and develop, optimize, adjust, and identify resource requirements for project tracking and project management by phase. Participate in the training project managers and other departments as a professional leader.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • 监督项目小组完成质量、成本、费用以及期限目标,并按阶段进行项目跟踪和项目管理,策划编制项目开发计划以及相关的PR文件;

Supervise the project team to complete the quality, cost, expense and deadline objectives, and carry out project tracking and project management according to the phases, and plan and prepare the project development plan and related PR documents;

  • 担任重要或难度系数高的新项目开发,监控对应项目进度、质量、成本控制情况;

Serve as an important or difficult new project development, monitor the progress, quality and cost control of the corresponding project;

  • 负责起草并展示阶段评审资料;负责组织项目组成员对项目各阶段工作进行评审(PR1~PR3);

Responsible for drafting and displaying the stage review materials; responsible for organizing the project team members to review each stage work result of the project (PR1~PR3);

  • 负责新项目成果在公司内的应用推进。

Responsible for pushing the regional BUs to apply the new technologies and other outputs of core projects.

工作关系 Position Relation
学历&经验Education & Experience:

  • 大学本科或同等学历,理工类专业优先。

Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Engineering or other related.

  • 五年及以上汽车行业项目管理相关工作经验。

Above 5 years in program management work experience in auto mobile industry.

  • 具备担任至少5个难易度系数为高的新项目的能力。

Ability to work on at least 5 new projects with a high difficulty factor.

  • 精通至少2个主流客户流程。

Proficiency in at least 2 OEM development process.

技能Skills

  • 拥有项目管理专业人士资格认证 PMP及以上优先考虑;

Own project management professional qualification certification PMP or above is preferred;

  • 熟悉5大工具书,尤其是APQP培训经历;

Familiar with the AIAG 5 tools, especially APQP training experience;

  • 熟悉产品、工艺、了解技术,熟悉客户要求、成本知识等;

Familiar with products, processes, understand technology, familiar with customer requirements, cost knowledge, etc.

  • 熟练使用办公室软件(Project、PPT、Excel、Word等);

Proficiency in office software (Project, PPT, Excel, Word, etc.)

  • 精通项目管理体系及客户开发流程;

Proficiency in the project management system and customer development process;

  • 精通本公司开发流程或者精通同行业开发流程,善于带教员工;

Proficient in the company's development process or proficient in the development process of the same industry, good at teaching staff;

  • 具有良好的英语沟通及读写能力;

Good English (Korean, Japanese etc.) communication and literacy skills;

  • 具有超强的责任心和良好的工作态度;
