Main Responsibilities
- 领导生产工艺区域的维修团队(机械和电气),完成有效的设备维护保养,确保生产线平稳运行
- Leading mechanical and electrical team to implement effective maintenance of processing equipment to ensure processing line smooth and efficient running.
- 发起和管理生产工艺设备相关的持续改善项目,提高设备的可靠性,人员利用率和质量相关的改进项目
- Initiate and manage processing equipment related CI project to improve the processing equipment reliability, labor utilization and support to improve product quality as well.
- 建立有效的维修流程,通过有效的维修计划,确保设备的正常使用
- Set up effective maintenance process to ensure the equipment reliability by effective
Maintenance planning and schedule
- 有效的维护过程管理,确保供应商符合雅培的GMP和安全要求
- Effective maintenance activity management including vendor on site management to ensure good GMP and EHS compliance
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历,工学或相关学科专业
- Bachelor's degree or above, and major in engineering or related majors
- 快速消费品,化工或制药行业的工作经验
Working experience in FMCG, chemical or pharmaceutical industries
- 8年以上机械维修及工程领域工作经验,3至4年管理职位; 具有良好的组织能力,激励和发展员工
At least 5 years working experience on mechanical maintenance and engineering field and 2-3 years of management position; Have good skills of organization, inspire, and develop employees
- 熟悉Auto-CAD,Ms office 和维护系统管理
Familiar with Auto-CAD, MS office, maintenance management system
- 良好的沟通,领导能力,解决问题能力,人际交往能力和团队合作能力
Good communication, leadership, problem solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- 良好的中英文听说读写能力
- Good written and oral English
