Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive Sephora Indie brand incubation business as one brand by setting clear annual business plan and marketing plan.
• Identify and work through the marketing funnel to create added value in and external to Sephora's retail environment with USP
• Manage launch planning and collaborate with marketing team to activate & elevate exclusive brands with strong brand USP and content and GTM strategy across all categories through ATL and BTL campaigns, animation and promotion.
• Plan, monitor and review against annual budget to ensure effectiveness in spending and progress.
• Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders internally and externally on to identify and match brand positioning to effective 360 executions of new product launches, digital/KOL initiatives, on crm engagement activities
• Analyze and provide marketing insights and support to brand partners and feedback internally
• Work closely with education and training teams to bridge and optimize brand supports on training platforms/ assets/ tools to enhance BA engagement skill & knowledge of effective sell-thru.
• Work closely with finance and supply chain team to ensure seamless supply to support business needs
• Lead and coach team for operational excellency
Qualifications:
Min 8 years' experience in Brand/MKT Managements either in China and knowledgeable on the social media and digital eco-system in China.
Experienced with Portfolio and Assortment Management and new brand launch planning
Experienced with the omni-retail environment and able to article and plan for activation for new brands/products
Knowledgeable on international indie brands and incubation process is a plus
Analytical skills and strategic thinking are critical
Able to effectively influence and work with cross functional teams.
Strong team leader and able to work under high pressure and agility
Fluent English and Mandarin
