Bell Services Cast Members open doors of magical experiences to guests at resort hotels. They are responsible to greet and welcome our guests at the resort hotels; assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles; help guests to customize their trip based on needs; and provide luggage services to and from guest rooms, creating smooth experiences for guests through outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and store guest luggage properly
- Rotate between several job roles: Host/ Greeter/ Valet/ Bin Master/ Dispatch
- Interact with guests and solve challenges they may have
- Deliver luggage/mail/messages/others such as flowers, gifts and etc.
- If necessary, assist the bell services counter with answering phone calls and using computer systems
- Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
Based on business need and Cast Members' credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
- Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
- Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
- Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
- Assist logistics and stocking
- Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
- Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
Basic Qualifications
- Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Can work in a very fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication and computer skills
- Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

Work Location:
You will be working at Shanghai Disney Resort in Pudong, Shanghai. You can take metro Line 11 to Shanghai Disney Resort station or take one of our many shuttle buses. The shuttle buses can be taken from one of several central areas across the city every day. You can find out more information during your onboarding process.
