To fuel this growth, they are seeking a strategic and well-connected Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their elite HQ team.

The Opportunity:

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role dedicated to executive and leadership hiring for our client's most critical senior positions within China. You will be the driving force behind securing the visionary leaders who will shape the future of the company's diverse portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on recruiting for senior leadership roles with exposure to other key business units. Experience in Healthcare executive search is a strong plus, but not the sole focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for C-suite, VP, and Director-level roles across our client's businesses in China, with a primary focus on General Management, Commercial Operations, Strategy, and Marketing within the Technology, Financial Services, Consumer and Consumer Healthcare spaces.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive, high-caliber talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior business leaders, providing deep market insights and talent intelligence to inform strategic hiring decisions.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach to complex offer negotiation and closing, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse leadership talent for critical business units.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3-12 years of progressive experience in executive search or strategic in-house talent acquisition, with a proven track record of placing senior-level executives.
  • Proven experience recruiting for General Management and commercial leadership roles. Background in financial services, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Consumer Healthcare is highly valued. Exposure to the Healthcare sector is a distinct advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the Chinese business culture and the executive talent landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic business partner mindset, capable of influencing senior leaders.
