[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: Data Capability Enhancement Objectives: - The company is launching a Data Capability Enhancement Program aimed at strengthening employees' overall data literacy and application skills. Through structured training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, the program will improve awareness, analytical ability, and digital collaboration across the organization. Main Tasks: As an intern, you will support the project lead in training course development, project communication, and execution, while gaining first-hand experience in how enterprises build data-driven cultures. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing data-focused training materials (presentations, case studies, exercises, handouts, etc.) - Support project coordination and communication, liaising with internal stakeholders and learners - Collect, clean, and analyze feedback and training data, providing insights for program optimization - Contribute to internal communication and engagement activities (campaigns, learning challenges, promotional content, etc.) Learning Opportunities: - Apply your data expertise to real business, make changes - From zero to one, design and roll out corporate data capability programs from concept to implementation - Gain exposure to project management and cross-department collaboration in a large enterprise setting - Be a part of a lovely team, gain invaluable networking and me Key Qualifications: - Solid knowledge of data analysis and visualization; proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Python/R preferred - Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts - Highly self-driven and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision Language: Chinese: Proficient English: Proficient Education: Degree: Bachelor or above Major: Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics
