Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- You will manage daily operations of the Travel & Expense Program for assigned business areas, ensuring compliant and timely execution.
- You will serve as the primary contact for employees, resolving standard and complex T&E inquiries.
- You will perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations, data analysis and reporting.
- You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners and auditors, professionally representing ADM in meetings with providers such as American Express or FCM Travel.
- You will support end-to-end T&E processes, contributing to standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will prepare and maintain process documentation (procedures, process maps, SOPs).
- You will coordinate T&E-related projects, including implementations, transitions and optimization activities.
- You will manage the corporate card program and ensure accurate processing, reconciliation and policy compliance.
- You will maintain and update SAP Concur (profiles, data updates and advanced configurations).
- You will provide support via ServiceNow, managing tickets and technical inquiries.
- You will monitor aging and unsettled spend, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- You will perform additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager within the T&E organization.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Travel Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable, Corporate Card management or a similar GBS/SSC function.
- Solid working knowledge of SAP Concur and experience with corporate card programs (American Express or similar).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently with complex processes.
- Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment, open to change and continuous improvement.
- A proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Enjoyment of both analytical-conceptual tasks and process-driven work.
