- Currently hiring a Process Manager (RFQ) to join our team in Guangdong factory
Position Summary
- You will lead the RFQ process and support manufacturing cost analysis and proposal development.
- This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RFQ process including labor, indirect materials, and NRE cost estimation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for accurate quotations
- Evaluate new processes and equipment required for RFQ projects
- Negotiate with equipment and tooling suppliers to optimize NRE proposals
- Ensure compliance with IPC standards and internal policies
- Maintain detailed records of RFQs and related documentation
- Provide training on RFQ details to internal teams post-project award
Ideal Candidates
- Degree in Electronic, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of mechanical parts, electronic components, and MES systems
- Proficient in CAD and PCB design software; solid understanding of IPC standards
- Familiarity with Chip-on-board, SMT, THT, selective soldering, ultrasonic welding, and related processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
