工作职责:
Main Job Purpose
CSF Leader is mainly responsible for the processing of bill to cash related activities, include credit release,billing,Invoice,Payment,ARAP Management. He/She is also responsible for resolving Issues and process optimization with cross functions to meet the timely request.
Key Accountabilities
- CSF Operation Management
Resolving issues related to credit release, billing, ticket allocation, invoice issuance, invoice modification, AR review, AP-related, DTC, and other business modules, analyzing and executing special requirements. Coordinating and resolving urgent situations, such as month-end related issues.
- CSF Business Optimization
Continuously optimizing the e-invoice process and business integration.
Implementing continuous automation optimization for RPA, DL, work order collaboration platform, and various business modules.
New platform for DTC, etc.
- Support for Other Projects/Businesses Related to Bill to Cash:
Supporting projects such as Tiangong/KC customer pallet transfer/audit (monthly/quarterly, etc. 7 audit activities and continuous improvement of risk issues)/Global KPI tracking.
- Implementation of Bill to Cash Related Projects:
Conducting research for the Opus project and cooperating with the global team for subsequent project implementation. Optimizing Bill to Cash tools, etc.

Essential
Experience Required:
- 2+ Years above experience in Customer Service Finance related, etc.
- Strong growth mindset, collaboration skill, communication skill.
- Project management (or change management)
Preferred
- FMCG experience
- Bachelor degree or above
