工作职责:

  • Be the owner of define growth strategy with multi-year roadmap and drive alignment with key stakeholders
  • Consistently deliver the performance framework and activity plans with excellence
  • Lead the development D4C innovations
  • Develop a strong partnership with the CSP/BD to ensure brand channel deployment and products business.
  • Effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team (CMI, R&D, Finance, SC) based across China.
  • Effectively manage a network of agencies and partners to unlock creativity and efficiency to land projects with speed and with success
  • At least 5 years marketing experience with increasing responsibility in the consumer products industry in innovation, and brand building or customer development roles. Ideally within beauty category.
  • Excellent brand building skills with strong track record in delivering breakthrough ideas.
  • Proven track record in communication development across multiple media channels. Experience with social assets development will be a plus.
  • Passion for trends, new products, design and touch of beauty
  • A good balance of strategic, analytical and creative skills
  • Passion for high performance, and widely regarded as a talent catalyst.
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of innovation process management, funnel value & Innoflex.
  • Exceptional project management skills – working closely with R&D, Supply Chain, CMI, Finance, External Agencies.
  • High quality leadership with a track record of building motivated and strong teams – and ability to interface regularly with senior stakeholders from country, category and brand.
  • Be bold in thought and brave in action. Have a healthy disregard for status quo.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
