*About The Role*

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our customers and Qt in the Chinese market.
The possible location for this position is Shenzhen or Shanghai
*What You'll Do*
- Aim to achieve sales targets for assigned industries and accounts (existing and new) through solution sales activities (proposals, negotiations, contracts) related to Qt product lines (*Qt product lines: SW integrated development environment, UI test automation tools, source code static analysis tools, professional services)
- Understand and define issues at software development sites, identify needs, and propose solutions using Qt product lines.
- Act as an account owner, collaborating with internal stakeholders (solution engineers, etc.), maximizing the use of internal resources, and leading and managing the account toward closing.
- Build mid- to long-term business relationships with existing accounts, promote horizontal development for sales expansion, and establish a continuous pipeline.
- Cultivate new accounts and build relationships to establish a continuous pipeline
*What You Bring To The Table*
- More than 8 years of experience in corporate solution sales with experience in building mid- to long-term business relationships and proactively closing mid- to long-term sales cycles especially in Automotive industry;
- Experience and proven success in solutions sales related to software, development tools, development platforms and system integration;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and persistent in striving to achieve goals
- Able to proactively contact a wide range of clients (new and existing) and continuously seek out new opportunities
- High level of communication skills and teamwork
- Customer-centric mindset and conversational-level English
Bonus Points For...
- Business-level English
- Experience and track record of selling software licenses to C-level technical managers, technical managers, product managers, and project managers
- Understanding and knowledge of embedded device development or software development processes (technical background or education in a technical field is a plus)
- Software sales experience in one of the following industries: Automotive, motorbike, agricultural machinery, or construction machinery
