- Develop and manage multiple and simultaneous suppliers in the region, ensuring key stakeholders' involvement in the determination of requirements, specifications, selection criteria, review of proposals, negotiations and suppliers' relationship management.
- Negotiate contracts and provide support to global, regional and local needs regarding various suppliers.
- Ensure various suppliers' optimal performance in terms of cost, availability, delivery, quality, reliability, etc.
- Ensure various suppliers' adherence to Sandvik policies and procedures (NDA, ABC, Trade Compliance, Contracts, etc.).
- Manage the contract/relationship with various suppliers, leveraging on their capabilities, uncovering and realizing maximum value, and reducing the risk of failure.
- Implementing the daily project sourcing based on defined sourcing strategies and SAP order maintenance in corresponding.
