ROLE DEFINITION
To accelerate G.China specialty lubricants business growth , we are seeking a account manager in east of China, who will cover the existing business and search & reapply for business development, and work closely with business team and channel partner, to lead and champion targeted geography and application development opportunities in order to deliver our sustainable growth aspiration in specialty lubricants market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintenance the existing business of key accounts and channels partner.
  • Visit target and existing customers to collect VOCs and unmet needs. Introduce Molykote product solutions to initiate new business/application development programs.
  • Channels management and optimize with good business sense and regular meeting.
  • Understand value proposition of our product and competitive benchmarking for value selling.
  • Understand the entire value chains, technology and market trend, strength/weakness, threat and opportunities for related business.
  • Manage and update opportunity development pipeline by SFDC.

QUALIFICATION

  • More than three-year experiences in sales development or technical support as customer interface in automotive and/or electronics related business. Experiences in the specialty lubricants business and/or new business & application development is preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in chemistry/chemical engineering or mechanics related. Marketing experience is preferred.
  • Passionate about new business development.
  • Customer focus with strong capability to probe and understand customer needs and issues.
  • Fluency in English, and good communication and people skill in a complex environment.
  • Sophisticated computer skills including the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SFDC
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Acceptance to domestic travel frequency up to 50%
