Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the financial operations of the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support regional business objectives and growth plans.
  • Provide financial advice and support to regional management teams for decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal control policies.
  • Manage the regional finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Report to the Head of Finance on a regular basis, and support tasks assigned by HQ office.
  • Establish a good relationship with external parties such as external auditor, tax agents and bankers.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • English as the main working language
