- Based on the company's strategic goals and departmental demands, summarize job requirements and employee qualifications, and implement corresponding recruitment plans.
- Maintain and manage recruitment channels; Drafting, releasing and promoting recruitment information.
- Handle comprehensive recruitment work, including resume screening, interview invitations, the first round of interviews, onboarding screening and the establishment of a talent pool.
- Analyze and summarize the data of recruitment activities, improve the recruitment analysis report, and solve the recruitment problems faced by business departments.
- Optimize the recruitment process to effectively meet the recruitment needs of the recruitment departments. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human Resources, Psychology, finance, Economics or related fields is preferred.
- Basic written reading skills in English are required (CET-4 and CET-6 or above are preferred).
- Have more than 2 years of recruitment experience, be familiar with the recruitment process.
- Proficient in using office software and possessing written expression and communication skills; Be familiar with interview skills and commonly used human resource assessment tools.
- Be good at solving recruitment data problems, be interested in recruitment analysis, and have a self-motivated spirit. Down-to-earth, proactive, with strong communication and summary skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. Nick to have

- The working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with two days off on weekends and normal holidays off.
