Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Lead the company's overall financial and capital strategy in alignment with corporate goals and IPO milestones.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to support R&D, BD, and commercialization priorities.
- Partner closely with the CEO, Board, and senior management to influence strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.
IPO Execution & Capital Markets
- Oversee all aspects of the Hong Kong IPO (HKEX) process, including audit, compliance, due diligence, and prospectus preparation.
- Liaise effectively with investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and regulators.
- Ensure corporate governance and financial reporting standards meet global best practices.
Investor Relations & Fundraising
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key financial partners.
- Lead fundraising activities including private placements and pre-IPO rounds.
- Communicate the company's financial and scientific vision effectively to the global investment community.
