- 负责MSA的策划和实施; Responsible for MSA; 4.负责年度性能试验计划/全尺寸计划编制及实施的监控; Responsible for prepare annual performance test plan/full dimension inspection plan and follow up implement; 5.负责产线Cpk及SPC的策划和实施; Responsible for plan Cpk and SPC and implement; 6.内部KPI指标的监控 Monitor interna PPM and category top 3 issues from scrape and organize improvement monthly 7.参与过程审核和分层审核; participate in process audit and layer audit; 8.产线出现的不合格品处理; handle non-conforming part happened from production line; 9.组织内部质量问题的分析整改; Organize internal quality issue analyze and correct; 10.按照策划的周期召开质量例会 Hold quality meeting periodly; 11.负责GP12标准制定及实施; Responsible for GP12 spec and implement 12.确保检验班组无安全事故发生 No EHS accident happen in inspection team
