Knowledge, skills and experience Essential: 1 Proficient
IT skills with significant experience of using virtual engineering tools 2 Experience with Catia v5/v6 and Teamcenter/Enovia/3DExperience - or similar design software 3 Experience with HV battery pack/cell/ HV charge components
4 Technical and practical knowledge of electrification commodities 5 Be able to demonstrate influencing and engagement skills 6 Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred Desirable: 1 Experience of concept generation and cross functionality problem resolution 2 Knowledge and understanding of specific vehicle components or systems relating to Electrification Systems. 3 A working knowledge of related engineering and programme process – DFMEA, Change Management for example.
