Key Responsibilities
:
- Maintenance of corporate level long run forecast financial model
- Development and execution and Financing projects (inclusive of bank financing as well as other alternative financing projects)
- Assessment, structuring and execution of M&A and capital restructuring transactions
- Fair value exercises (e.g. impairment asset test, etc.) of financial reporting
- Governs tracking and review of capital-intensive projects (clinical projects, site construction, etc.)
- Competitive landscape monitoring and reporting for spaces with potential for future M&A or other transaction opportunity
- Internal audit programs for inventory management, treasury, listing rule compliance, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies)
:
- Working experience in financial services and healthcare industries (2-3 years for manager, 3-5 years for senior manager)
- Transaction execution and coordination skill set
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance and accounting major
- Resilient personality and eager to learn
- Familiarity in healthcare, especial pharmaceutical and biotech spaces
