Your role
As a Senior Communication Specialist, Start Up Company, your mission is todrive internal communications and marketing initiatives, provide essential business intelligence, and offer dedicated executive assistance to the GM, ensuring organizational alignment and strategic agility. You will report to General Manager.

I
nternal Communication
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals and initiatives.
- Manage internal communication channels to foster a transparent and collaborative culture.
Marketing Communication Support
- Create compelling marketing and promotional content for various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and Semicom, etc. to support brand campaigns and product launches.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and webinars to enhance brand visibility.
Business Intelligence
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and reports to the management team.
- Support market research initiatives and synthesize data to help guide strategic planning and business development efforts.
Executive Assistant to GM
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle confidential correspondence with discretion.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure the GM's directives and projects are executed efficiently and followed up timely.

- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in communication, marketing support, or EA role is preferred.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving attitude, with high integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong business acumen and analytical ability to understand and support business intelligence tasks.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
