Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:
- Daily production maintains, and plan, design, set up, modify, optimize and monitor manufacturing processes to improve the process of producing high-quality goods efficiently with the most cost-effective methods.
- Collaborate with R&D, planning, and supply chain teams, design new cells, equipment and processes for the introduction of new products or the improvement of existing ones.
- Work with other engineers, such as mechanical and electrical engineers, to ensure all product and system requirements are considered from initial product conception to the finished result. Solve technical problems in daily production, through continuous improvement and innovation, and using methods Poka Yoke, FMEA, enhance process reliability and improve build in quality.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to improve the product quality and solving the complaint feedback, reduce warranty.
- Plan and organize maintenance of equipment.
- Identify faults, investigate production problems and repair equipment quickly and efficiently.
- You may need to travel for business sometime.

Education And Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degrees or above, prefer mechanical, industry engineering, or electrical background.
- 5 years' work experience in the manufacturing industry corporation.
- Good in English written and speaking.
- In depth knowledge about FMEA, Six Sigma & Lean techniques (including problem-solving techniques), Statistics, 5s and Standard Work process, VSM.
- Self-motivated, integrity, diligent and open-minded. Strong hands-on ability.
- Strong teamworking, interpersonal, communication, people management and presentation skills
- knowledge of a range of engineering functions and procedures, a practical and logical approach to problem solving
- The ability to work well under pressure and take on new challenges
- Organization and time management skills
- Project management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good at design software of Auto CAD or Solid works is a plus.
- Knowledge about MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visto) and SAP.
