Responsibilities
Project management, implementation & delivery
Project management
- Manage Retail technology projects locally in Chinese markets
- Help to define project planning according to local specificities
- Inform local markets on IT Retail roadmap
- Communicate with local markets all through the project: deadline, workload, implication
- Organize project committee and write minutes
- Ensure good communication with all members of the project
- Provide visibility on planning and deliveries to project sponsors
Implementation
- Help to design new features and new requirements settings
- Write functional and technical specifications
- Write tests cases and execute tests cases
- Organize and participate to UAT and follow KPI of achievements
Delivery
- Organize release go live
- Write project documentation : training guide
- Train key users and users
- Organize post go live support and run for level 2 in APAC
任职条件:
REQUIREMENT
Education/Degree
- Computer Science MS Degree or equivalent
Background including total years of experience
- 5 years of experience in IT projects
Technical Skills
- 2 years of experience on Cegid Y2 is a plus
- Integration applications: ETL, integration platform
Languages
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- French is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through relationship building with numerous partners.
- Have a Customer First Mindset with any technical decision/discussion.
- Ability to communicate clearly and create good relations with others
- Strong collaborator with influencing skills to bring people together in solving problems, and resourceful in finding ways to get things done
