工作职责:

Responsibilities
Project management, implementation & delivery

Project management

  • Manage Retail technology projects locally in Chinese markets
  • Help to define project planning according to local specificities
  • Inform local markets on IT Retail roadmap
  • Communicate with local markets all through the project: deadline, workload, implication
  • Organize project committee and write minutes
  • Ensure good communication with all members of the project
  • Provide visibility on planning and deliveries to project sponsors

Implementation

  • Help to design new features and new requirements settings
  • Write functional and technical specifications
  • Write tests cases and execute tests cases
  • Organize and participate to UAT and follow KPI of achievements

Delivery

  • Organize release go live
  • Write project documentation : training guide
  • Train key users and users
  • Organize post go live support and run for level 2 in APAC

任职条件:

REQUIREMENT

Education/Degree

  • Computer Science MS Degree or equivalent

Background including total years of experience

  • 5 years of experience in IT projects

Technical Skills

  • 2 years of experience on Cegid Y2 is a plus
  • Integration applications: ETL, integration platform

Languages

  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • French is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through relationship building with numerous partners.
  • Have a Customer First Mindset with any technical decision/discussion.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and create good relations with others
  • Strong collaborator with influencing skills to bring people together in solving problems, and resourceful in finding ways to get things done
