ETAP Software Sales Manager (Schneider Collaboration Focus) , he will lead the strategic alignment and revenue growth of ETAP software solutions through synergistic partnerships with Schneider Electric's business units (e.g., NS, IAC, OEM). This role demands a deep understanding of cross-portfolio sales, technical integration, and joint go-to-market strategies to drive license and subscription sales across China. Key responsibilities
Develop and execute joint sales strategies with Schneider's NS, IAC, and OEM teams to expand ETAP adoption in design institutes, end-users, and hardware-bundled scenarios. Identify and leverage Schneider's existing client relationships to upsell ETAP solutions, focusing on subscription models.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on value-based selling . Implement KPIs balancing individual quotas and cross-team collaboration metrics
(e.g., joint deal registrations).
Establish SOPs for early-stage
EPC project involvement, ensuring ETAP sales/technical teams engage clients alongside SE hardware sales.
Provide feedback to product teams on local needs (e.g., ETAP features for Chinese design institutes). Deliver weekly/monthly reports on synergy-driven revenue, pipeline health, and barriers
(e.g., SE Sales Resistance). Essential Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in B2B software/hardware sales, preferably in energy, industrial, or engineering sectors. Collaboration Skills: Proven success in cross-functional sales
(e.g., selling with/through partners like Schneider).
Technical Acumen: Ability to articulate ETAP's value in power system analysis, BIM integration, and predictive maintenance. Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin. Desired skills
