- Design new fixtures to improve productivity, efficiency and quality of mass production. 设计新的夹具以提高生产率、效率和批量生产的质量。
- Improve existing fixtures to support continuous improvement. 改进现有夹具以支持持续改进。
- Support new fixture design for new production. 支持新产品的夹具设计。
- Optimize/Upgrade existing machines to meet Health, Safety & Environmental requirements. 优化/升级现有设备以满足健康,安全和环境要求。
- Develop new automatic machines/fixtures to replace manual operation. 开发新的自动化机器/夹具以取代人工操作。
- Be responsible for fixture drawing control. 负责夹具图纸控制。 Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical design. 本科及以上学历,机械设计专业。
- Mechanical Background and good understanding of the production process of mechanical parts. 有机械专业背景,熟悉机械零件的生产流程。
- At least 5 years related working experience, including at least 3 years working for mechanical design. 5年以上相关工作经验,其中3年以上机械设计工作经验。
- Excellent SolidWorks, CAD skills. 熟练的SolidWorks、CAD技能。
- Good understanding of material characteristic and standard components selection of fixture. 对夹具的材料特性和标准部件的选择有很好的理解。
