该职位来源于猎聘 Major Responsibility:

  • Minimum team size required for dedicated full-time on-site support in Nanjing Ford office: HMI test engineers onsite Multilingual testing for Arabic, French, Pixel check
  • Complete HMI test case for IVI, Cluster and HUD based on the UEUI and keep updating test case with approved CR. Including function task flow/test pre-setting/test procedure/expect result based on UE/UI.
  • Alignment with function owner regarding the test environment setting up and block case such as corner case and failure case etc.
  • EE tools & validation facility maintenance to complete the test, preliminary software issue debug during test.
  • Conduct HMI validations on all IVI, Cluster and HUD displays on bench and vehicles for DCV, PEC, FEC, TT, PP, MP1, MP2 to ensure both production design and software implementation meet Ford's design intent.
  • Tracking HMI bug & HMI design issues in JIRA from DCV to OKTD including issues uploading into Jira with UI/UE shot vs. screen shot, initial issue analysis for issue consolidating and final regression test until the issue closed.
  • Test report for every round of test, which should tally the validation summary, issue summary, issue details, issue and issue fix prioritization to support program milestone GNG activities.
  • Collect and tally the test data and analyze the root cause for test defects, regularly review with local & global feature owner and suppliers and DPD designers to create lessons learn to improve design quality.
  • Coordinate with the global team to support export programs IVI & Cluster HMI validation including program coordination, sign-off check list review.
  • Study of HMI validation automation with in-house software
  • IVI and Cluster design rule creation verification method create for below system.

  • Education Qualification:

bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering, EE, Computer or related major

  • 5 Years of Experience Professional Exposure (Technical Skills), Min. 3 years working experience in Intelligent Cockpit Vehicle product validation working experience
  • Preferred previous experiences: Work experience in EE especially IVI and Connectivity features validation preferred.
  • Functional Skills:

 Familiar with IVI, Cluster, HUD, and HMI UI/UE

 Familiar with Connectivity, Cloud, App, IVI, TCU, ECG and vehicle ECUs  Familiar with CAN, Ethernet, Diagnostic protocol and can use different tools to capture log and analyze.

  • Behavioral Skills:

 Good communication in reading, written and verbal English  Have spirit for contribute to career, strong learning abilities on the products and technical skills.
