Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the COO and executive team to formulate core strategies for the company's entire product line, define growth directions, and establish a clear product framework, KPI system, and decision-making model. Translate player insights, market trends, and data into actionable product plans, drive consensus-building, and ensure effective implementation.
- Lead the operations team and work with various game project groups to advance product optimization and long-term operation. Monitor game performance in real time, optimize core gameplay mechanics, game economy systems, and event experiences to ensure each product continuously delivers long-term player value and commercial returns.
- Take the lead in building a data-driven decision-making system. Partner with data analysis, UA (User Acquisition), and UX (User Experience) research teams to deeply explore player motivations, behavioral segmentation dimensions, and core retention drivers. Convert insights into executable A/B testing plans and optimization recommendations while verifying and refining the existing indicator system.
- Be responsible for the construction and management of the operations team. Oversee the recruitment, guidance, and training of game operations personnel and data analysts. Coordinate cross-departmental resources including design, marketing, and game project groups to ensure efficient project advancement and implementation.
- Build a bridge for cross-cultural communication between China and the West, introduce advanced management experience from global game studios to the Chinese team, and promote smooth cross-regional collaboration.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in long-term operation management or game development for mobile games or cross-platform games, with verifiable successful project cases.
- Deep understanding of the core logic of casual games and users, as well as familiarity with the global market. Experience in the North American and European markets is a plus.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Excellent team leadership and cross-departmental communication abilities, capable of driving consensus on plans among different teams and roles.
- High data sensitivity and business acumen, with the ability to balance creative design, player needs, and business objectives.
