  • Make the store visual and commercial curation guidelines
  • Make the plans for store openings, visual merchandising projects, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations
  • Plan and execute festive marketing strategies, including promotion and special events, to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand the market trends, establish KPIs for retail activities and regular monitoring
  • Set and Manage retail budgets, allocate resources effectively and sure cost efficiency REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Qualifications and Skills

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. 8
  • 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in managerial roles in retail marketing preferably in the luxury, premium consumer goods, or home & lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record in marketing teams and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking, excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • In - depth knowledge of retail operations, customer experience, and marketing systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing initiatives.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese for effective communication in a multicultural environment.
