- Make the store visual and commercial curation guidelines

Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher. 8
- 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in managerial roles in retail marketing preferably in the luxury, premium consumer goods, or home & lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record in marketing teams and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking, excellent leadership and team management skills.
- In - depth knowledge of retail operations, customer experience, and marketing systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing initiatives.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese for effective communication in a multicultural environment.
