Talent Acquisition Manager will provide strategic talent acquisition direction and tactical support to company's stakeholders in PRC. Own the full life cycle recruiting process supporting a wide range of positions and levels including individual contributors up to senior executives. Remains current on the latest sourcing techniques and uses them to proactively and successfully source talent. Builds relationships and referral channels via in-person and digital networking, including social media, and leverages the networks of others. Combines these skills to develop a pipeline of high-quality candidates to meet current and future recruiting needs. Major Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and partner with regional/site HR organization and the business to develop comprehensive workforce plans using knowledge of market trends to provide value-added perspective on how best to source and attract talent.
- Develop effective sourcing channels, drive talent acquisition improvement, process enhancements and AI technology with latest marketing trends.
- Direct recruitment team members with providing both specific guidance to support open requisitions as well as coaching and mentoring.
- Partner across all business units to ensure the search function efficiently and effectively meets the growing need for talent. Target for senior level positions fulfillment within expected lead time.
- Establish effective working relationships with stakeholders to gain clear understanding of resource requirements.
- Develop and execute talent search strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates, using the latest sourcing techniques.
- Regional talent acquisition project management and process enhancement. Lead a recruiting project team to cater for ad-hoc business initiatives. Role will include strategic recruitment planning, leveraging expertise and resources within the recruitment team to plan and meet the project goals.
- Innovates and diversifies sourcing tactics to create passive sourcing pipeline and support on-target recruitment. Makes recommendations on diversity in recruitment strategy.
- Expertise at ATS and CRM system to generate talent pipeline and influences candidate relationships.
- Influences stakeholder decisions, coaches stakeholders on interview techniques and guides stakeholders through company values.
- Integrates and creates talent trend reports covering skill set, diversity, qualifications, compensation, benefits and more.
- Influence business leaders and related stakeholders with in-depth market intelligence analysis of the candidate pool, improve recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
- Develop talent database aligning with market up-to-date technology/metrics.
- Creates industry trending, talent mapping report based on in-depth analytics and findings.
- Recruitment marketing and branding initiatives and programs. Key Requirements:
- Above 15 years related HR/Recruiting working experience, with expertise in building recruiting infrastructure, digital recruitment, talent acquisition enhancement, AI technology, process and system improvement.
- Business acumen, market intelligence, mapping and analytics skill.
- Regional exposure would be preferred, project management skill with strong execution.
- Good communication in English, oversea background is preferred.
- Leadership in managing cross sites with limited guidance.
