- Work both in the lab and in the office on electrical test development and data evaluation
- Maintain the available test equipment, improve it and develop new test benches
- Define standard test routines for package-level and wafer-level measurements of semiconductor devices
- Lead and supervise the test engineers
- Evaluate the material defect, SPC and device test data
- Contribute to device reliability testing
- Overview and define product datasheets Requirements
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- First work experience is a plus
- Skills in electrical measurements and in using lab equipment
- Ideally experience in measurements of semiconductor devices, in package and/or on wafer level
- Skills in data evaluation, ideally scripting and programming skills
- Ability to communicate in English in a written form
