该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责: Provide routine visit to key stakeholders in hospitals, especially hospital director & middle level management 定期拜访区域内目标医院的管理决策者,尤其是医院院长和药剂科主任 Build/update data-base of key stakeholders in hospital 建立并定期更新区域内医院重点客户系统 Implement company projects on targeted stakeholders smoothly and effectively 在所负责区域内有效执行公司针对目标医院决策者的项目,树立公司的品牌形象 Obtain feedback and information from stakeholders and project participants timely and provide suggestion to HQ for on-going or future improvement 及时收集区域内重要医院决策者的反馈信息,并适时地为销售总部提供改进建议 Cooperate closely with local FF people, BD of Marketing and HCBT on routine works and projects, including partners and consultants 负责担任所负责区域内销售部与HCBT的协调工作,与区域销售队伍、市场、HCBT的同事紧密合作,最大限度消除总量控制、招标、RDL等事件造成的影响 Help sales to handle hospital relevant issues on hospital stakeholder level if required 必要时,帮助处理区域内销售队伍要求的与医院决策层相关的问题 Receive and implement the assignment/tasks required by NKAM and company management
