Pre-sales

Responsibilities:

✓ Pre-sales Activities: Conduct needs assessments, develop tailored solutions, and

deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value proposition of our

products.

✓ Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of our software and its applications,

understand customer needs, and translate them into technical requirements.

✓ Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive

proposals that address customer challenges and showcase the benefits of our

solutions.

✓ Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and

customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

✓ Reporting and Analysis: analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.

✓ Communicate with Technical team regarding about customer needs.

✓ Communicate with Sales, base on Technical team capability.

✓ Making Technical Proposal to Customer

✓ Making Timeline for the Projects and ensure all team members follow the timeline.

Qualifications:

✓ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

✓ Experience in software presales, technical sales, or a related role.

✓ Solution sales, have a deep understanding of cloud computing products,

understand customer demands and pain points, and have the dialogue ability

with technical personnel

✓ Proven experience in identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and

driving sales.

✓ Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical

concepts.

✓ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

✓ Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks

simultaneously.

✓ Fluent in English,Mandarin Chinese and good communication skills in Arabic

preferred.

✓ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and

industry events.
